Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype future solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business opportunities and competitive advantages
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technology convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience with emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology
