Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Anticipate global megatrends and their impact on business ecosystems through data-driven forecasting
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for frontier technology exploration
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members to drive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams in agile innovation environments
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
