Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify and quantify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to incubate next-generation technologies
- Design and execute organizational change management programs for future workforce transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products or initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (AI/ML, Web3, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management (e.g., CIMP) preferred
