Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead ideation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof strategies into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on emerging technology investments
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and human-centered design
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex futures
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
