Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into strategic pivots and innovation pipelines
- Author trend reports published in partnership with MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum
- Manage cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and adoption rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical discipline
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level trend analysis and strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and exponential technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform, AI trend analytics)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
