Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Champion design thinking workshops to co-create future-state scenarios with stakeholders
- Oversee portfolio management of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Certification in Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in innovation ecosystems
