Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning technological trends with business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders, translating complex foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Drive organizational culture shifts through innovation workshops and thought leadership initiatives

- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects implemented at scale
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
