Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy with emphasis on 2026 capabilities including quantum-secure infrastructure and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ROI models for futuristic tech investments using predictive analytics
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scaling of experimental technologies to production
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong track record of securing $5M+ innovation budgets for transformational projects
