Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact
- Partner with venture teams to evaluate and integrate external innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience mapping 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in influencing executive-level technology decisions
- Strong background in risk assessment for emerging technologies
