- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with organizational vision
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research on technology adoption patterns
