Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory trends to inform strategic pivots
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Portfolio of past innovation projects or published research
