Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling strategic roadmap for the next three years, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) to drive product innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of industry trends to forecast future market shifts and competitive landscapes.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource distribution to ensure the successful execution of the 2026 strategic plan.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term product or technology roadmaps (specific experience with 2026 planning is highly valued).
