Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations relevant to 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate technological opportunities into market-ready solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Represent Nexus at industry forums, conferences, and regulatory discussions shaping tech policy
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force of engineers, designers, and business strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on enterprise innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning, M&A integration, and venture capital engagement
