Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for 2026 technology pilots
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with 3-5 year technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
