Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design sustainable implementation frameworks balancing innovation with ESG principles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and adoption success
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven experience with futures methodologies and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech implementation projects
