Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end creation of our technology strategy, identifying key milestones, risks, and opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Emerging Tech Research & Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, Blockchain, Quantum) to determine their viability and potential impact on our products.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives and product teams.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of futurists and strategists, fostering an environment of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge leading into 2026.
- Investment Strategy: Partner with the investment committee to allocate resources towards high-potential future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D Leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into long-term strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
