- Build predictive models for market disruption and regulatory shifts
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and industry whitepapers
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-billion dollar initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
