Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in organizational strategy, HR leadership, or business consulting, with at least 3 years focusing on future trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into long-term business plans.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Metaverse) and their potential impact on the workforce.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
