Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or future-tech consulting with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services generating $50M+ revenue
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe)
