- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and market transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong background in sustainability frameworks and ESG integration
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state strategic implementations
