Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
- Train on new processes and technologies as operational needs evolve
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM) with overtime potential
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
