Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping operations during weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
