- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels for weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
