Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team (8-12 members) in achieving daily KPIs and service excellence
- Execute strategic weekend marketing campaigns driving 30%+ weekend revenue growth
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend projects with weekday stakeholders
- Implement real-time troubleshooting solutions during high-volume weekend operations
- Conduct weekend performance analysis and optimize weekend workflows
- Mentor weekend staff through weekly development sessions
- Develop innovative weekend customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in weekend-focused operational or leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding weekend performance metrics
- Strong conflict resolution skills for high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Advanced proficiency in weekend scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
