Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume weekend customer service operations with exceptional efficiency
- Coordinate inventory management and merchandise display rotations
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational continuity
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Support store opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun + 1 weekday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience with multi-state retail operations a plus
