Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Maintain OSHA compliance in warehouse operations and equipment safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend fulfillment targets
- Implement FIFO protocols for perishable and time-sensitive inventory
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new weekend associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday with occasional holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
