Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ weekend warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, loading/unloading operations, and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain on-time delivery metrics
- Implement safety procedures and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Generate shift reports and optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain communication with day-shift managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
