Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Optimize inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions, resolve customer inquiries, and handle escalations professionally
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet weekend targets
- Conduct opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Basic math proficiency for inventory and cash management
