Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Supervise and mentor 5-10 retail associates, including training and performance feedback
- Handle inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Process sales transactions and manage POS systems
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage weekend-heavy schedules
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Knowledge of San Francisco retail landscape a plus
