Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational continuity across shifts
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Prepare shift reports and documentation for handover to weekday supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a production/service environment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions during off-hours
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
