Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend shift operations to ensure productivity targets are met
- Lead a team of 10-15 technicians through daily task assignments and performance management
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all production processes
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct weekly team meetings and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Prepare detailed shift reports and submit to senior management
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Train new team members on equipment protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and production software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
