Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend clinical staff and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols

- Monitor inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings
- Current RN or LPN license (or equivalent healthcare certification)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience managing weekend/holiday shifts
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Advanced certification in BLS and ACLS preferred
