Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence
- Train and mentor 5-8 part-time associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising standards to drive weekend sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors to ensure seamless store operations
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality management experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Available for flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
