Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend shift staff (8-12 team members)
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety protocols
- Train and mentor new team members on procedures and best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate supply requisitions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Associate's degree in business operations or related field
- Valid Colorado driver's license
