Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 associates during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Communicate seamlessly with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational challenges with proactive problem-solving
- Conduct quality audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in logistics/supervisory role
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and warehouse management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (4x10 shifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
