Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Manage client inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Implement service protocols and maintain compliance with organizational standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on best practices and procedures
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Respond to urgent client needs and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license (if required for field visits)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
