Responsibilities
- Execute seamless weekend operations across front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff to maintain service standards
- Manage inventory and resource allocation during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure continuity of service
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Uphold brand safety and compliance protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-traffic periods
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
