Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Manage inventory operations and ensure product availability
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend protocols
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement visual merchandising standards across store locations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (no weekday requirements)
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for multi-location travel)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
