Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive weekly reports to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and discrepancies using our ERP systems.
- Lead weekend training sessions for junior staff members and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
