As a key member of our medical team, you'll work exclusively on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with a dynamic schedule that provides work-life balance. Our Mesa facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a patient-first culture that values your contributions.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including injections, EKGs, and wound care
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Accurately document patient information in EHR systems
- Manage inventory and maintain examination rooms
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule management
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to handle high-volume weekend patient load
- Arizona state license (if applicable)
