Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and precision manufacturing equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and automated systems
- Document production data and maintain accurate quality logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend production workflows
- Participate in preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Train on new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years manufacturing or production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical blueprints
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment monitoring
- Reliable weekend availability and strong attention to detail
