- Lead weekend retail operations with 15+ team members during peak customer hours
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention protocols
- Drive exceptional customer service through team coaching and performance metrics
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and conflict resolution during weekend shifts
- Analyze weekend sales data to implement strategic operational improvements
- Ensure store safety compliance and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in team development and performance optimization
- Advanced inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Strong conflict resolution and customer crisis management skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) with weekday availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional store visits
- Advanced knowledge of retail KPIs and analytics tools
