Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety protocols, and brand values
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies to meet weekend targets
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience with weekend shift focus
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Texas Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in high-volume weekend environments preferred
