Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend clinical operations and staff scheduling for 15+ healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination during weekend hours
- Conduct weekend staff performance evaluations and development sessions
- Respond to emergency situations and implement crisis protocols
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- BSN or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
- 3+ years clinical leadership experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Current Ohio RN license and BLS/CPR certification
- Proven weekend shift management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
