Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during peak weekend shifts
- Train and mentor staff on exceptional service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security departments
- Implement and maintain safety protocols
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)
- NV Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Advanced conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS systems
- Ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Valid Nevada driver's license
