Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Lead interdisciplinary team huddles to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Implement treatment plans under physician supervision
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Train weekend staff on updated protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Allied Health (BSN preferred)
- Current FL state license and CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
