Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or senior care experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM or 12 PM - 12 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if transporting patients)
