Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage area.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when certified.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging.
