Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage team of 8-10 associates, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding weekend operations status
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
