Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans and resolve patient concerns
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and provide education on care plans and preventive measures
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and adhere to established protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Valid CPR certification and state healthcare licensure (or willingness to obtain)
